We welcome custom-order inquiries. Depending on the product, we can explore names, meaningful dates, verses, messages, handwriting, or artwork. Contact us before ordering if the personalization you want isn’t offered in the listing.

Yes—we can review a photograph or scan of your handwriting to see whether it will work for engraving. Clear, well-lit images taken straight on give us the best starting point.

We welcome inquiries about engraved business gifts and branded products. Share your logo, the items you have in mind, your quantity, and your preferred deadline so we can discuss options.

You must have permission to use any artwork or logo you submit.

For custom projects that include a design proof, we’ll ask you to approve it before production. Please review spelling, dates, wording, and placement carefully.

Standard designs pictured in our shop may not require a separate proof.

The design will reflect the product you order, but natural materials vary. Wood grain, knots, color, and texture make each piece a little different. Engraving can also vary in shade depending on the surface.

Props and display stands are included only when the product listing says so.

Some of our current journals have leatherette or simulated leather covers. Other journals have textured covers. Please check the individual listing for the material rather than assuming every journal is genuine leather.

To preserve the design, use a suitable unengraved side for chopping and keep knives away from engraved details. Follow the intended-use and care instructions provided with your particular board. We purposefully leave one side not engraved for the purpose of being used, while you can still display the engraved side.

Journals should be kept dry and cleaned gently. Wood boards should be hand washed, dried promptly, and never soaked or placed in a dishwasher. Unfinished wooden ring boxes should be dusted with a dry cloth and kept away from moisture.

Return eligibility depends on the item and the reason for the return. Personalized products generally cannot be returned because of a change of mind or an error in the details supplied by the customer.

If your item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or has an error we made, contact us so we can help. Please review our return policy in the Terms & Conditions before purchasing.

Contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. Keep the item and packaging while we review the problem and arrange the appropriate next steps.

We may photograph finished products for our website, social media, and other marketing materials. We remove or conceal identifying information unless we have permission to include it.
